All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, (unless accommodation is confirmed under different payment terms in writing by the Management,) and at tariffs applicable according to season, or any special tariff agreement.

Accounts must be paid on arrival unless agreed otherwise with the proprietors cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the per son whose name appears on the booking confirmation will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.

Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. A transaction fee of £1.50 is charged on all credit/debit cards.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests 'property unless handed in for safe custody.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. (Breakfast 8.30 am to 9.00am. Evening meal 5.30pm)

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, or carry out a breach of the rules and regulations of the establishment as displayed in the rooms and in reception.

Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms and all area inside the hotel. Guests smoking in bedrooms will be charged a cost for extra cleaning & sanitising the room.

1 night bookings are payable in full at time of booking and are not refundable, bookings of more than 1 night require a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value or less depending on length of stay. Deposits are non refundable.

Cancellation. To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking at least 2 days before your arrival date.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival an amount equivalent to 80% of the total booking value will be charged.
